Your flooring questions
Can you floor an open-plan kitchen and lounge in one go?
Yes. We'll help you choose a floor that works across the whole space — often LVT or laminate — or a combination with a neat threshold where the kitchen ends and the living area begins.
Sheet vinyl or luxury vinyl tiles — how do they differ?
Sheet vinyl is laid in one or two pieces with few seams. LVT comes as individual planks or tiles that closely copy wood, stone or ceramic, can be laid in patterns, and can be repaired by swapping a single tile.
Do you only do hard floors?
No — we fit carpet too, so you can have laminate or LVT downstairs and carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms, all on one quote and fitted by the same team.
Where can I see your flooring in Rotherham?
In your own home. We're a mobile showroom, so we bring the samples to you. Not paying for a shop keeps our prices lower.
Can I pay by card or cash?
Debit card, credit card or cash — whichever suits you. Finance is not something we offer — we would rather keep the prices themselves down.
Does my floor need preparing before laminate or LVT?
Hard floors need a flat, level base, so sometimes it does. We'll check on the visit and, if needed, screed or ply-board the floor as part of the job.
