Vinyl and LVT flooring in Rotherham
Water-resistant, easy-clean floors in realistic wood, stone and tile designs, for kitchens, bathrooms and busy family spaces.
Luxury vinyl tiles for open-plan spaces
LVT is laid as individual planks or tiles, so it can run from a kitchen straight through into a dining or living area as one continuous floor. Most LVT is waterproof and has a built-in scratch and stain guard.
It looks very like real wood, stone or ceramic, but it's warmer underfoot and doesn't dent or scratch as easily as wood. If a tile is ever damaged, it can be replaced almost invisibly.
- Waterproof (most ranges)
- Scratch and stain resistant
- Can be laid in patterns
- Single tiles can be replaced

Simple, practical floors for wet rooms
Sheet vinyl comes in a huge range of colours and patterns and is usually laid in one or two pieces, so there are very few seams for water to find. It's a good-value choice for bathrooms, cloakrooms and utility rooms.

Vinyl questions
Is LVT hard-wearing?
Very. It's more robust than real wood or tile, doesn't dent or scratch easily, and most ranges are waterproof with a built-in scratch and stain guard.
Is sheet vinyl or LVT better for a bathroom?
Both work. Sheet vinyl has fewer seams and is usually the more budget-friendly option; LVT gives a more realistic wood or stone look and is easier to repair.
Can LVT go in a conservatory or utility room?
Yes, it's a popular choice for both because it's water resistant and easy to clean. We'll check the subfloor on the visit to make sure it's suitable.
